If you have any requests, please complete a support ticket. All support tickets will be resolved within 7 business days from the date submitted.  For any suggested features that you would like implemented, please allow 30 days.  Click here for Support

No, you will not need to redesign the store once updates are happening.  Our development team has worked hard and long to implement a way that all you need to do is approve the update when you click "customize" theme. 

Once you purchase the theme, please enter correctly your exact MyShopify URL without https characters.  

Once you have placed the order, an email will be sent to you to download the theme with your one of a kind license for that store!  

Install that theme onto your shopify store  and click "customize" 
It will then prompt you to copy and paste that license key in order to active it. 

Please follow the installation prompts. This should roughly take 3-6 minutes to install.  We ask you to do this process in incognito mode to remove any Ad blocks  or chrome extentions that might hinder the installation process.

No, unfortunately, to protect our work and rights, the license is good for one store.  If you would like to have Conversio on another Shopify store, you will have to go through the process again with another myshopify store.
